The house is located in a beautiful hillock facing sea with great views and we can walk down the hillock to reach sea. one restaurant is available nearby and food is ok. Other restaurants are available in the main road which is about 1-2 Kms. Easy check in and host was responsive and the place very clean. Will definitely recommend for 6-8 guests for a peaceful stay.

The beach manor is beautiful place and extremely worth it. The owner and caretaker were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. The beach is also a 5 minute walk away.

If you want to stay very close to the famous Kovalam Beach, this is an excellent choice. The beach is just a few minutes walk, making it very convenient for quick visits at any time of the day. The property has all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and it feels quite homely. The property manager Santosh is warm, responsive, and attentive. He handled all our queries promptly, which made the experience smooth and hassle free. Overall, this is a very good option for anyone looking to stay close to the beach while enjoying a comfortable and well managed property.

If you are planning a vacation or staycation with your friends, this is the best place to be. It is peaceful, beautiful and with easy access to the beach. The place is clean and tidy, with responsibile caretaker available 24×7. The end road to the stay is a little narrow if you are travelling with a larger vehicle.

It's a great place. Sumit was very helpful. The place was well arranged but the terrace areas were not clean and neat. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view—you can actually see the beach right from the house, which made the experience even more special. The location is in a private area, so it felt very comfortable in terms of privacy. It’s an excellent choice for a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy some quality time together. There’s good car parking available, and the beach is within walking distance, which was super convenient. Food delivery options like Swiggy are a bit limited in this area, but honestly, it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend it.
